Common questions

How do members access the app?

Members download the GolfAssist app from the App Store or Google Play, select your club, and log in with their member number and last name. One app, whichever club they are a member of.

How do visitors and guests get access?

Your club sets a guest code through the dashboard: daily, weekly, or one-off. Share it at reception, on your website, or by email. Guests enter the code in the app and get temporary access to order food, check conditions, and more.

What does the dashboard give us?

A full operations view covering orders, revenue, member engagement, competition entries, outing bookings and analytics. You can manage your menu, configure the member app, create guest codes, and generate board packs. All in real time.

How does the website chat widget work?

We add a small chat widget to your club’s website. It’s trained on your FAQs and answers visitor questions around the clock on green fees, membership and availability. When someone shows interest, it captures their details and the lead goes straight to your dashboard.

Can we control what members see in the app?

Yes. From the dashboard Settings tab you can add, remove, or toggle quick action buttons and customize welcome messages for members, guests, and visitors.

Is our data secure?

Your club’s data is kept completely separate. We use encrypted connections and your data is never shared. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can we cancel at any time?

Yes. First month free, then month to month. No contracts, no cancellation fees. See our Terms of Service for full details.

What if we are tied into a contract with another provider?

Most clubs are, usually with a year or more still to run, and it is the single most common reason a club says not yet. So run us alongside it: $249 covers you for up to a year, however long is left on your existing contract. When that contract expires you move onto normal pricing. Tell us the date and we will work back from it.
